Yes, we can customize the structure to match your size needs. Multiple door sizes are available on roll up doors. Or we can do a “frame out” for you to add a custom garage door, entry door or windows. Metal Garages and portable buildings have many colors to choose from.

Enclosed Garages should be installed on a square and level pad, preferably concrete or crushed stone.
Any discrepancies, such as the pad being unlevel or out of square, may lead to issues with the metal and/or door alignment and can lead to leaks or water entering the structure.
A concrete slab should be the exact size of the frame (example: a 30’x40’ garage needs exactly a 30’x40’ pad). Doing so will allow the metal sheets to extend over the pad, preventing any water entering the structure at ground level.

Yes, we can order to match your size needs with siding made from Smart Board Composite and Shingle roof. You can specify the paint color to match your needs also.
Make sure there are no obstructions from the road to the site. Make sure limbs are cut, no low power lines, fence or gate removed. An 8 foot wide building needs 10 feet width clearance, 10 foot needs 11.5 feet and 12 foot needs 13.5 feet width for delivery clearance. Site needs to be mostly level. We will install the building and level it with blocks up to a 20″ slope correction.
Our metal carports are available up to 60′ wide and any length.
Our Garages come in Standard Widths of 12′, 18′, 20′, 24′, 30′, 35′, and 40′ wide. 32′ to 60′ wide are available for Commercial Certified buildings as well. For reference, 12′ and 16′ widths are wide enough for 1 vehicle, 20′ and 24′ widths are wide enough for 2 vehicles, 30′ and 35′ widths hold 3 vehicles, and 40′ width Garages are wide enough for 4 vehicles. Garages start at 20′ long and increase in increments of 5′. Garages can be built in nearly any length imaginable.· Standard Height on our Garages starts at 7′ – this is plenty of room for parking automobiles! But we recommend going even taller depending on what you’re using the structure for can be upgraded to 8′, 9′, 10′, 11′, 12′, and even 13′ and 14′ tall upon request.
